Channel #1: MadFit

I love watching the MadFit channel on YouTube, since she is so creative with her workouts! Maddie, the creator of MadFit, creates various kind of workout videos. Whether you are looking for a dance workout to a new Pop Hit song, or you are looking for a workout targeting a specific area, Maddie is your girl.

Throughout her videos, she highly encourages to take the workout at your own pace. Not everyone can complete a workout to its full intensity on the first go-around. Fitness is a journey, and Maddie does a great job of reminding people of that on her channel.

Channel #2: Blogilates

I have been following Cassey, the founder of Blogilates, on YouTube & Instagram for a few years now. I love hearing her story, and why she believes that fitness is not only within your body - it is also within your mind and your diet. Cassey wants to make fitness accessibly to everyone, and I believe that she is reaching a larger audience by including videos that need no weights or fancy equipment to complete.

Cassey also came out with an app called Body by Blogilates, which you can download on Apple and Android here. She creates a whole schedule of workouts to complete in a month, demonstrated in real-time, all for $2.99/month! That is such a steal for a workout program, essentially.

Channel #3: Yoga with Adriene

When the stay-at-home order started back in March 2020, I wanted to get into yoga more since I loved the way I felt after a good yoga session. I heard so many people talking & suggesting the Yoga with Adriene YouTube channel, so I decided to give it a go. One of my best fitness decisions yet!

Adriene provides a wide array of yoga videos, centered around different focuses. Whether you are looking for a yoga routine for uncertainty, healing, rejuvination or balance, Adriene is your girl.

Channel #4: Mady Morrison

I only started following the Mady Morrison YouTube channel in the past few weeks, but I am truly in love with her channel. Mady is a certified yoga teacher, who loves sharing her passion of yoga. One of the things that she mentioned in her "About" section on her YouTube channel is how "in addition to the physical benefits (muscle building, balance, fat loss (depending on the yoga style)) [she] has become more mindful and above all more satisfied."

Her videos have German within the YouTube video description, as she is from Germany. But her yoga workouts are great for anyone! And she doesn't have just yoga workouts on her channel - Mady also has HIIT workouts, 15-minute targeted workouts, and other intense home workouts.

Channel #5: The Fitologists

Last but not least comes The Fitologists. Same with Mady Morrison, I have only been following The Fitologists for a few weeks now, but I truly love their channel, and wanted to share it with you all on this blog post today. The Fitologists are all about bringing fitness into your home, which is great considering the limited capacity of gyms nowadays with Coronavirus still existing in 2021. This channel includes a wide variety of people, showing workouts in real-time.

Whether you want a HIIT workout, a dance fitness workout, or some Zumba - The Fitologists have you covered.

You can watch and subscribe to The Fitologists YouTube channel here.
